The General Teaching Council for England met on Wednesday 24 March 2010 at Kings Place, 90 York Way, London N1 9AG at 11.00am for a Special Council Meeting.

Council received a report on Corporate Governance 2012, considered options and agreed the outline and principal features of a revised Governance model for 2012.

Council agreed a Revised Budget 2010-11 to reflect the fee approved by Council.

Council received the Summary of work of Committees. They noted the paper and agreed a number of recommendations.
