Introducing the GTC Networks.
Good teaching needs good networks and good networks need good teachers.
The GTC Networks provide support by linking teachers nationally and putting them in touch with the latest research and evidence. They let teachers have a voice at national debates on changes to education.
Inside Information
Inside Information is a new publication produced by the National Teacher Research Panel with support from the Department for Education and Skills, the GTC and the National College of School Leadership.
It draws together a selection of teacher research on a range of topics, including:
- strategies for writing in French
- exercise and pupil learning
- pupils’ views on learning with laptops
- help with science for learners with English as an additional language
- using mind maps
- KS4 Literacy
- engaging in academic research.
There are also ideas for testing out the research in your own setting as part of ongoing classroom enquiry.
