Introducing the GTC Networks.

Good teaching needs good networks and good networks need good teachers.

The GTC Networks provide support by linking teachers nationally and putting them in touch with the latest research and evidence. They let teachers have a voice at national debates on changes to education.

New induction guidance

Revised statutory guidance on induction for newly qualified teachers in England from September 2008 has been produced. This is now available to accompany the new induction regulations and the changes these are bringing about.

The revised guidance incorporates the changes to regulations. It also addresses some gaps and introduces further new content where consultation has suggested.

Please visit Teachernet's website for more information and to download the revised guidance.
