Future of CPD

During 2007, Connect worked with local authority (LA) CPD advisers and teachers on eight small scale projects. Our aim was to track the professional learning of those involved in developing their CPD offer as well as offering the opportunity to recognise their learning through the GTC Teacher Learning Academy (TLA).
