Making SENse of CPD

‘Making SENse of CPD’ is one of the outcomes of a 2007 GTC project thatbrought together practice, policy and research to better understandteachers’ ongoing professional education and development needs. It shows how mainstream schools are building their capacity to meet the needs of all children, but specifically those with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities.

It includes examples of practice taken from schools across the country, including new material from three local authorities (LAs). It also links to existing website resources for early career teachers and their mentors.
