Application for provisional registration for instructors

This application form explains the process for instructors (unqualified teachers) working in a maintained school, a non-maintained special school or a pupil referral unit to provisionally register with the GTC. It includes five 'yes' or 'no' questions regarding suitability to teach.  

The fee year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year, and the registration fee from 1 April 2010 is £36.50.
