Application for provisional registration for overseas teachers

Overseas-trained teachers without qualified teacher status employed in a maintained school or a non-maintained special school must be provisionally registered with the GTC. This application form explains the process.

The fee year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year, and the registration fee from 1 April 2010 is £36.50.
