Disciplinary orders and decisions
The GTC publicises the decisions from its regulatory hearings on the website for a period of three months after the hearing has concluded. This is in accordance with General Teaching Council for England's (Disciplinary Functions) Regulations 2001 (Statutory Instrument 2001/1268).
