On 7 July 2010 a disciplinary order was made against Mr Miles Mahoney, teacher reference number 9756210, taking immediate effect.
Mr Miles Mahoney was found guilty of unacceptable professional conduct in that whilst employed at Toynbee School, Eastleigh, between September 2000 and November 2008, he used his school laptop computer to access and downloaded inappropriate images and exchange inappropriate MSN messages.
Mr Miles Mahoney received a Reprimand (two years).
