Hearing of Professional Conduct Committee
On 25 June 2010 a disciplinary order was made against Mrs Emma Heeley (nee Sykes), teacher reference number 0039064, taking immediate effect.
Mrs Emma Heeley (nee Sykes) was found guilty of unacceptable professional conduct in that whilst employed at Wombwell High School, Barnsley, she:
i) stole property from a shop and accepted a police caution in respect of this on 21 May 2005
ii) excessively accessed internet sites and emails for personal use during lesson time during the period April 2007 to April 2008.
Mrs Emma Heeley (nee Sykes) received a Reprimand (two years).
