On 10 September 2008 a disciplinary order was made against Miss Michelle Haynes, teacher reference number 0331463, taking immediate effect.
Miss Haynes was found guilty of unacceptable professional conduct in that
whilst employed as a teacher at the Integrated Service Programme Senior School, Sittingbourne, she dishonestly obtained money or attempted to obtain money by deception. In particular she:
i) submitted a number of false petty cash claims to her employer between July 2006 and July 2007
ii) forged the Deputy Head’s signature on a requisition form dated 16 June 2007 and then submitted the form in an attempt to obtain payment in relation to expenditure that was not incurred.
Miss Haynes received a suspension order (three months).
