Changing your details
If you have changed your employer or have moved home then let us know by completing a change of details form and sending it to:

Name changes
To change your name you need to complete the change of details form and return it with a photocopy of the relevant document(s).

In all cases the form must be signed by a teacher registered with the GTC. They must also sign the photocopy of the relevant document(s).

Please do not send original documents.

Date of birth
If the GTC holds an incorrect date of birth on your record, please call our Teacher Enquiry Service on 0370 001 0308.
